herCAREER Expo 2025: Shaping Inclusive Career Paths
The herCAREER Expo 2025, Europe’s leading platform for promoting female careers and professional networking, will take place this autumn in Munich. The event aims to foster diversity, equality, and collaboration across all sectors of business, science, media, and politics.

When and Where
The herCAREER Expo 2025 will be held on 9 and 10 October 2025 at the MOC Event Center in Munich, Germany. The event will bring together graduates, young professionals, experienced specialists, executives, and female founders from different fields and industries.
About the Event
herCAREER Expo is more than a traditional career fair. It offers a dynamic space for professional development, knowledge sharing, and genuine networking across all hierarchical levels. With 250+ exhibitors and partners, over 450 role models and insiders, and a comprehensive programme of lectures, panels, and interactive sessions, the expo serves as a key meeting point for those committed to shaping a more inclusive working world.
The event highlights current trends in innovation, leadership, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation. Formats such as Future Talks and the Innovation Lab will allow companies to present their work on digitization, new work models, and technological advancement.
Key Activities
Visitors will have access to over 60 lectures and panels, approximately 350 MeetUps, Talks, and Labs, and special sessions such as the Authors-MeetUp and Podcast-MeetUp. These activities offer the opportunity to hear personal career stories, exchange ideas with industry experts, and engage in discussions about critical social and workplace issues.
Through the Digital Expo Matching system, starting from 25 September 2025, visitors can receive personalized recommendations for exhibitors, presentations, and networking opportunities. Participants can also submit their CVs directly to exhibitors by scanning a QR code on their visitor badge, facilitating quick access to talent pools and potential employers.
The expo is recognized as an official educational event in several German federal states and offers free childcare for children aged two to six, making it accessible for visitors with families.
Participation and Registration
Students and graduates are encouraged to participate free of charge by registering online and presenting a valid student ID at the entrance. In addition, students can benefit from free FlixBus travel to Munich, enabling greater accessibility regardless of financial background.
For those seeking further professional exchange, the exclusive herCAREER@Night networking dinner offers the opportunity to meet leaders from various fields. Special tickets for students are available for this event.
