ТвинТек Talk: A Successful Event on Creativity and Innovation in the Era of Artificial Intelligence
In a world full of quick answers, ТвинТек Talk created space for real questions. Questions about the future, about opportunities, and about the role of humans in the era of artificial intelligence
ТвинТек Talk took place on June 12 at the Cinematheque of Macedonia and gathered professionals from the fields of innovation and technology, young entrepreneurs, and representatives from the research and business sectors, who collectively exchanged ideas about the future of technology and the role of artificial intelligence in society.
We heard three inspiring and practical talks from top speakers who, from different perspectives, addressed the theme of synergy between humans and artificial intelligence.
Monika Rizovska Tanevska, Director of Women in Tech Macedonia and Co-founder of Ways2Help, spoke about artificial intelligence as a tool in the service of humanity, emphasizing its application for positive social change. She highlighted the current role of artificial intelligence in solving social, health, and environmental challenges.
Gogo Rafajlovski, Operations Manager at Networker, emphasized intellectual capital as the most valuable currency of the 21st century. In his presentation, he stressed the importance of protecting and managing intellectual property and innovation, raising key questions such as: Who owns creativity when humans and machines create together? His message was clear — we must protect, manage, and monetize these values to fully leverage their potential.
Irena Jakimova, professional trainer and coach, spoke about the synergy between human potential and artificial intelligence, highlighting how artificial intelligence can serve as support for personal and professional development, but also pointing out the areas where it cannot replace us. Irena called on participants to be brave — to experiment, to create, and to believe that it is precisely human intuition that will lead technology forward.
The program concluded with informal networking and a cocktail reception, where participants had the opportunity to make new connections and discuss potential collaborations.
ТвинТек Talk is part of the broader initiative of the Foundation for Management and Industrial Research, aiming to create a long-term platform for learning, inspiration, and strengthening the innovation ecosystem in Macedonia.
