Advancing empowerment in industry: TPM Meeting in Oslo

The Foundation for Management and industrial research, in collaboration with MEDEF Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Confindustria Toscana Servizi and Fundacja Digital Creators recently held a TPM in Oslo, Norway, on May 6 and 7, 2025 for the EmpoweRING M-Women in Industry project financed by Agence Erasmus+ France / Education & Formation. Hosted at Evolve Storgata | Fleksible kontor i Oslo, the meeting brought together partners to discuss ongoing efforts in fostering inclusion and empowerment within the European industry.

The first day of the meeting focused on project management updates and dissemination strategies, including a discussion on the EMPOWERING Toolkit, featuring the Serious Game and Learnhub. The agenda also included a collaborative session on the Empowering Learning Community, where partners shared their coaching programs and progress on the open-badge certification system. The day concluded with an open discussion and a partnership dinner.

Day two covered the deployment of the Sustainability and Exploitation Plan, along with updates on the Empowering ecosystem and mainstreaming activities. Partners also reviewed the Empowering European network handbook and discussed the upcoming Empowering whitepaper focused on millennial women’s career progression in industry.

The meeting marked a significant milestone in the project’s journey, reinforcing collective commitment to empowering women and fostering sustainable career opportunities. We look forward to the continued collaboration and the positive impact these initiatives will have across Europe.

After the successful conclusion of the meeting segment of the EMPOWERING project, the Foundation for Management and Industrial Research (MIR) held an additional productive meeting with Charge https://www.charge.no/, a leading organization committed to promoting women’s leadership and opportunities.

The discussion focused on exploring potential collaboration avenues and creating more opportunities for women across Europe. Both organizations shared valuable insights on initiatives aimed at supporting women in innovation, leadership, and professional growth.
