Webinar recap: Leadership in practice – discover your unique style as a woman leader
On October 28, 2025, the Foundation for Management and Industrial Research successfully held the webinar “Leadership in practice – discover your unique style as a woman leader”, designed for millennial women who wish to develop their leadership potential and build an authentic leadership approach in the modern professional context.

The goal of the webinar was to help participants recognize their own leadership style and learn how to adapt it to different work situations. The event encouraged discussion around the idea that leadership is not a one-size-fits-all concept, but a dynamic process that depends on the individual, the context, and the team the leader collaborates with.

Main topics of the webinar:
- Types of leadership: Overview of different leadership styles and their practical application in organizational settings
- Self-awareness and development: Guidance on identifying personal strengths and values as a foundation for developing an authentic leadership style
- Adaptive leadership: Advice on adjusting one’s leadership approach depending on the situation, team dynamics, and objectives

The EMPOWERING project (EMPOWERING – EmpoweRING M-women in industry) is dedicated to millennial women (born between 1980 and 1995) working in the manufacturing industry, with the mission of supporting their professional education, skill enhancement, and career development opportunities. A standout feature of the EMPOWERING project is its commitment to inclusivity and wide reach. All project results and resources are available in seven languages (English, French, Macedonian, Italian, Polish, Norwegian, Ukrainian) to ensure that a diverse range of participants can access and benefit from the project’s offerings. This multilingual approach significantly broadens the project’s impact, catering to the needs of women from various linguistic backgrounds and fostering a more inclusive environment.
EMPOWERING project is an innovative initiative, driven by a consortium of five experienced European organizations, each bringing their unique expertise in adult education, women’s empowerment, and new technologies. This collaborative effort includes:
